Occasional Sermons and Addresses is a collection compiled two years after Walther's death by CPH and Edited by H. Sieck. Issued in memory of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod's first president, this collection has sermons dates all the way back to 1831 (eight years before the Saxon immigration and 2 years before his ordination.) through near the end of his life and documents the Christ-centered, Christ-alone comfort proclaimed by this foremost leader of American Confessional Lutheranism throughout his career. Published in 1889 in German, these sermons are now available to you in English through Mark V Publications.
